Pediatric Physical Therapy Intensives
Big progress starts with small moments
What if your child had more opportunities to practice, grow, and build new skills, with dedicated support every step of the way?
Our Physical Therapy Intensive program creates space for just that. Through consistent, one-on-one sessions, your child has the opportunity to build strength, explore movement, and gain confidence in a way that feels encouraging, supportive and tailored just for them.
What to expect from a PT Intensive
Each intensive program is a little different, because every child is different.
Most programs include:
- One-on-one sessions with a licensed physical therapist
- Multiple sessions per week over a defined timeframe
- A personalized plan focused on your child’s goals
- Ongoing support and adjustments along the way
- Ideas and guidance for carryover at home
Throughout the program, we’re right there with you, supporting, adjusting, and celebrating progress as it happens.

Every child’s journey looks a little different, but sometimes, a more consistent approach can make all the difference.
A physical therapy intensive may be helpful if your child:
- Is working toward big movement goals like walking, standing, or transitions.
- Would benefit from more repetition and routine.
- Has had slower or inconsistent progress with weekly therapy.
- Responds well to structure and hands-on support.
- Is ready for a focused period of growth.
Children learn through doing—again and again.
When sessions are closer together, your child has more opportunities to:
- Practice new skills while they’re still fresh.
- Build strength through repeated movement.
- Gain confidence with familiar activities.
- Experience success in real time.
With repeated practice and consistent support, children have more opportunities to strengthen movement patterns and build new skills over time. It’s often these small, repeated moments that lead to meaningful progress.
“I highly recommend Milestone for any child looking to gain access to movement. This place [Milestone] goes above and beyond.”
